If your passport is set to expire less than 6 months after the program you are applying to finishes (please check the program page on the Birthright Israel Onward website for program dates), you must get your passport renewed. Depending on when you apply to Birthright Israel Onward, you should check to see if you need to use an expedited process to renew your passport in order to receive it on time.
